Is parking available, and what are the parking charges?
Parking is available at JUMBOREE @ Tai Seng. Guests may park at the building’s car park, with parking charges at $2.18 per hour or part thereof.
Can I make a reservation, and how?
Reservations are available exclusively for JUMBO 1987, located within JUMBOREE Food Hall, and apply to indoor seating only.

How do I place an order?
- Find a table
- Scan the QR code located on the table
- Place and pay for your order through the app
- Collect your order at the respective stall when your queue number appears on the screen or when you receive a WhatsApp notification
Please note: Live seafood orders must be placed directly at the JUMBO 1987 counter.
How does the self-serve alcohol system work?
- Purchase a stored-value card at the Customer Service counter (a non-refundable $1 deposit applies)
- Collect a wine glass or mug
- Select your preferred alcohol and tap your card
- Charges are based on the amount dispensed
What payment methods does JUMBOREE accept?

Can food from Tsui Wah Eatery (Tai Seng) or NG AH SIO Bak Kut Teh (Tai Seng) be served at JUMBOREE?
Food purchased from Tsui Wah Eatery (Tai Seng) or NG AH SIO Bak Kut Teh (Tai Seng) cannot be directly served to tables within JUMBOREE. However, guests are welcome to purchase these items as takeaway and bring them into JUMBOREE for dining.
Can I earn or utilise JUMBO Dollars (J$) at JUMBOREE?
Please note the following regarding JUMBO Dollars (J$):
- J$ can be earned but cannot be redeemed at JUMBOREE
- Alcohol purchases and stored-value card purchases are not eligible for J$ accrual
- J$ accrual is calculated based on the amount before GST
Can I use JUMBO Seafood vouchers at JUMBO 1987?
Currently, JUMBO 1987 does not accept vouchers, including JUMBO Seafood vouchers.
Is there a corkage charge for bringing my own wine or hard liquor?
Corkage charges apply for outside wine and hard liquor.
- Wine: $20 for the first bottle, and $10 for each subsequent bottle
- Hard liquor: $40 for the first bottle, and $20 for each subsequent bottle
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas and is strictly prohibited in all indoor dining areas.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in the outdoor dining area only. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
